1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Duvoll Education website at duvolleducation.com ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Site. Duvoll Education is the training division of Duvoll Construction, Inc., doing business as Duvoll Management Group ("Duvoll," "we," "us," or "our"), a Tennessee corporation based in Memphis, Tennessee.

2. Services

Duvoll Education is a PMI Authorized Training Partner offering project management certification training, including PMP, CAPM, PMI-CP, and related boot camps and workshops. Our Site provides information about our courses, scheduling, and enrollment. Course availability, pricing, dates, and content are subject to change without notice.

3. Enrollment and Payment

By enrolling in a Duvoll Education course, you agree to pay the applicable course fees at the time of registration. All payments are processed through our secure third-party payment processors. Duvoll Education does not store credit card information on our servers.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@duvolleducation.com. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation relative to the course start date:

• 14 or more days before course start: Full refund minus a $150 administrative fee.

• 7–13 days before course start: 50% refund.

• Less than 7 days before course start or no-show: No refund.

Students may transfer their enrollment to a future course date one time at no additional charge, provided written notice is given at least 7 days before the original course start date. Duvoll Education reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances. In such cases, enrolled students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, and software — is the property of Duvoll Education or its content suppliers and is protected by United States copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
PMI, PMP, CAPM, PMI-CP, PMI-ACP, PMBOK, and the PMI logo are registered marks of the Project Management Institute, Inc.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, or otherwise objectionable; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site; or (d) interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Duvoll Education does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. While we strive to maintain accurate information, we make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Site.
Duvoll Education does not guarantee that any student will pass the PMP, CAPM, PMI-CP, or any other certification exam. Pass rates referenced on this Site are based on historical student performance and are not a guarantee of future results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Duvoll Education, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or enrollment in any course. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Duvoll Education. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Shelby County, Tennessee.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
